Sound Garden is a great game for kids learning about the different sounds that make up words. Students must combine the beginning and ending parts randomly scattered on the screen to form words. Simply click on a word part and hear its sound. Combine it with another sound to form a word. Students can see how man words they can make in one or two minutes. The game can also be played without a timer.
