Glacier Bay National Park, located on the Alaskan Peninsula, features snow-capped mountains that rise to 15,000 feet, deep fjords, tidewater glaciers, coastal and estuarine waters, and freshwater lakes. Glacier Bay is a popular destination for whale watchers on cruise ships and may provide individuals with close up views of bald eagles, sea birds, orcas, breaching humpback whales, and playful seals.
