Wrangell-St. Elias National Park

Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, located in eastern Alaska, is the largest park in terms of area in the national park system. It is also one of the least visited and recognized parks. Despite its relative anonymity, the park is spectacular and features the nation’s largest assemblage of glaciers and mountain peaks over 16,000 feet. Mt. St. Elias, at 18,008 feet in height, is the second largest peak in America.
