Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park, located in northern Montana, is one of the most spectacular places in the world. Featuring over one million acres of forests, alpine meadows, and crystal-blue lakes, Glacier National Park and neighboring Waterton Lakes National Park (in Canada) were designated as the world’s first International Peace Park in 1932. Glacier National Park contains about 50 glaciers, however most of them are thought to be melting rapidly.
