Parents and Teachers: Please note we are making some internal changes to the site. As a result, the Great American Multiplication Challenge, Spellerz!, Burnside's Billions and couple of other games will not show statistics or return save codes for the next few days. They will be playable, but no data will be saved. They should be fully functional again by the end of the week. As always, please support this site by following me on FACEBOOK or TWITTER.

Shenandoah National Park for Kids

Shenandoah National Park

Shenandoah National Park, located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western Virginia, features spectacular vistas and extensive forests. It was one of the nation’s most popular destinations for viewing fall foliage. Located about 90 minutes from Washington D.C., visitors spiral high into the mountains on bucolic Skyline Drive, which runs north and south through the park. Shenandoah is abundat with wildlife and visitors can easily appraoch the park’s resident deer. Be careful though! The park is home to many black bears, which occasionally happen upon the park’s campsites looking for easy snacks.
