Map Builder 1.0 is a new application on MrNussbaum.com in which users can turn blank maps of the United States, United States Regions, the United Kingdom, Australia, and every continent into colorful pictures with text, lines, and stamps. For Virginia teachers, there is even a blank Virginia regions map. The application allows students to fill in states or countries with their colors of choice and add text such as state, country, city, or landmark names. Users can even add black points for cities, country flags, or a variety of other stamps. The maps print out in vibrant colors!

Step 1: Pick a map from the menu on the upper left portion of the screen.

Step 2: Color the countries or states on the map by using the fill tool. Simply click on a color on the bottom of the screen and then click on the chosen country or state. Note: For every new state or country you choose to fill in, you have to re-click on the color of choice at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Add text, stamps, or draw lines on the map using the features on the right side of the application. You can add country flags by click on the the flag tool. Icons and text can be eliminated by dragging them into the trash bin.

Step 4: Print by clicking on the "done" sphere.
